Quotes
Every quote is free and written down before work starts. The price we quote is the price you pay unless the job changes on site — and if it does, we tell you before doing anything extra.
Scheduling & weather
We work around Sacramento rain, smoke, and wind. If weather forces a move, we reschedule to the next open slot that works for you.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done. We accept cash, check, card, Zelle, and Venmo.
Cancellation
Life happens — call or text as early as you can. No cancellation fee, ever — early notice just helps us offer the slot to someone else.
Our guarantee
If the work we agreed on isn't right, we come back and correct it at no charge.
- We return and correct the originally agreed work at no charge.
- Report concerns within seven days, with flexibility for issues that could not be found sooner.
- No automatic refunds.
