What we collect
Information you send us through the quote form or by phone/text includes your name, contact details, service address, and anything you tell us about the job.
Why we have it
To price your job, schedule the work, and follow up on it. We also use the services described below to protect the form and help you enter an address.
Hosting and email delivery
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores quote requests. Resend delivers request notifications to our business inbox. These providers process the information needed to operate the form and deliver your request.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including your IP address and browser information. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Analytics
We use Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and actions like tapping the call button. Umami does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. See the Umami Privacy Policy.
Optional address search
The property address is optional. Entering at least three characters in that field loads Google Maps Platform and sends the address text to Google for suggestions. If you provide an address, choose a matching suggestion before sending your request, or clear the field to continue without an address. When the optional location preview is enabled, selecting a suggestion also requests its location through Google Places UI Kit so we can show a marker on the service-area map. The marker is temporary and clears when you edit or reset the address. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.
Optional service-area map
The service-area map uses locally served images based on U.S. Census Bureau and Sacramento GIS data. Viewing it does not contact a map-tile provider. Optional address markers use Google Places UI Kit as described above. The separate design-study pages still load OpenStreetMap tiles when their interactive maps are opened; see OpenStreetMap’s Privacy Policy.
Recovering an interrupted request
Your browser temporarily keeps your request details in this tab so you can retry after an interruption and review the confirmation after submitting. Starting another request clears that receipt. Closing the tab ends this temporary browser storage.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information — ever.
- Send marketing you didn't ask for.
- Keep your data in any advertising system. This site runs no ad trackers.
How long we keep it
We review quote requests after about a year and remove information we no longer need. Active conversations and completed-job records may be kept longer for ongoing work, warranty, or required recordkeeping.
Questions or deletions
Email trevor@gillettewsc.com or call (916) 969-6935 — we review deletion requests within 30 days and remove eligible information from the records we control. We will explain any information we need to retain. Our service providers may retain backups or other records according to their own retention schedules.
